Lise Öğrencilerinde İnternet Bağımlılığı ve Matematik Umutsuzluğunun Mesleki Kararsızlık Üzerindeki Yordayıcı Etkisi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, lise öğrencilerinin internet bağımlılığı ve matematik umutsuzluğunun mesleki kararsızlıkları üzerindeki yordayıcı etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yaklaşımı kapsamında ilişkisel tarama modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubu, 2024–2025 öğretim yılında Türkiye’nin güneyinde yer alan bir ilde öğrenim gören ve maksimum çeşitleme yöntemiyle farklı tür ve sosyoekonomik düzeydeki okullardan belirlenen 560 lise öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, internet bağımlılığı, matematik umutsuzluğu ve mesleki kararsızlığını ölçen standart ölçekler aracılığıyla toplanmış; ilişkisel ve yordayıcı analizlerle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, internet bağımlılığı ve matematik umutsuzluğunun mesleki kararsızlığı ile anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkiler içinde olduğunu ve her iki değişkenin de mesleki kararsızlığı anlamlı düzeyde yordadığını ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca, cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyine bağlı olarak değişkenlerde anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır. Bu çalışma, internet bağımlılığı ve matematik umutsuzluğunu birlikte ele alarak lise öğrencilerinin mesleki karar verme süreçlerini açıklayan bütüncül bir model sunmakta ve kariyer rehberliği ile eğitim politikalarına yönelik kanıta dayalı katkılar sağlamaktadır.
