Hibrit Sektör Ekosisteminde FinTek Liderliği

Finansal hizmetler sektörü, modern bankacılık tarihindeki en derin dönüşümlerden birini yaşamakta ve bu sürecin temel itici gücünü Finansal Teknolojiler (FinTek) oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, FinTek liderliği merkeze alınarak geleneksel liderlik yaklaşımlarından ayrışan temel özelliklerin neler olduğu ve bu farklılaşmanın hangi boyutlarda ortaya çıktığını incelemekte ve FinTek liderliğinin çok boyutlu yapısının, liderlik süreçlerini nasıl etkilediğini ve bu bağlamda hangi liderlik yetkinliklerini gerekli kıldığı ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada FinTek liderliğinin kavramsal çerçevesini oluşturmak amacıyla anlatımsal literatür inceleme yöntemi kullanılmış, bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, FinTek liderliğinin hibrit sektör yapısı, teknolojik ve düzenleyici karmaşıklık ve çok paydaşlı ekosistem yönetimi gibi boyutlar etrafında şekillendiğine işaret etmektedir. Ayrıca FinTek liderlerinin yalnızca organizasyon içi dönüşümü değil, sektörler arası adaptasyonu ve çok paydaşlı ilişkileri de yönetmek durumunda kaldığı, FinTek liderliği için gerekli beş temel yetkinliğin; bütünleşik stratejik vizyon ve değer yaratma, çeviklik ve belirsizlik yönetimi, ekosistem liderliği ve iş birliğine dayalı rekabet, inovasyon ile mevzuata uyum arasında denge kurma ve şeffaflık yoluyla paydaş güveni oluşturma olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, ulusal literatürde FinTek liderliğini kavramsallaştırmaya ve geleneksel liderlik yaklaşımlarından farklı yönlerini ortaya koymaya yönelik bütüncül bir çerçeve sunmakta ve bu yönüyle hem teorik literatüre hem de uygulamalara yönelik önemli katkılar sağlamayı hedeflemektedir.
