The Thesis About Different Factors of the Perceptions about the Out of School Education, of The History Teachers

Abstract

Giving a first hand source, out-of-school education, raises the importance, involving with the proofs. Also giving importance to the out-of-school education of the teachers of history, causes to increase of the thinking and historical abilities of the student. The aim if this project shows the perceptions about out-of-school education of the history teachers. In this project, the descriptive survery model is used. The studying group is formed by 128 teachers of history who works at high schools in Şahinbey and Şehitkamil in Gaziantep. In the survey, as the date collection tool, is used “the scale of perception of the out-of-school education of a teacher of history”, increased by “Yazıcı and Yıldırım”(2017). In the analysis of the datas, utilizing from the software statistical SPSS 22.0, frequency, arithmetic average, standart deviation etc. analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used. The results of the analysis shows us that the perceptions of the history teachers about the education out-of-school education of the history is high ( =4,24). Also, was determined similarity about the perceptions on the out-of-school education according to their gender, faculty gratuated and the change seniority. Depending on this results, is reccomended to give more importance to the out-of-school history education of the history teachers.
