Abstract

Increasing technological developments have made the evolution of marketing a natural process. The emergence of the concept of digital marketing has undoubtedly started to affect the futures of the businesses and has led organizations to become digital. Realizing this situation in the insurance sector, it started to open its doors to innovation. The aim of the study is to explain the development of digital and mobile marketing, to emphasize its importance and to support the point that digitalization has reached in the insurance industry with sectoral news and to convey the position and importance of digital marketing to the reader. In the study, the importance of digital and mobile marketing has been supported by using the internet source, which offers many reliable insurance news, and the subject has been provided to be summarized in the light of the literature.
