Globalization has necessitated radical changes in the education system in order for development to be sustainable. One of these changes is the integration of the STEM model, an interdisciplinary approach model into education. In this study, a scale was developed to determine science teachers’ attitudes towards STEM applications, and validity and reliability studies of the developed scale were conducted. The validity and reliability study of the scale was conducted with 360 science teachers. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was applied for the construct validity of the scale. In the STEM attitude scale prepared in 5-point Likert type, 22 items and 3-factor structure were defined. The internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0,934, and the KMO value was 0,934. The total variance rate on the scale is %63.05. These findings have indicated that the scale is valid and reliable for determining science teachers’ attitudes towards STEM.
